Update: (3/18/2008)
I am now in contact with an attorney representing MBF Leasing.
He is attempting to explain his client's point of view.
At this stage, he has sent an initial background on MBF, and I have sent my response.
I am now anxiously awaiting response to several key points I have made with supporting evidence available.
