I SUED MBF LEASING LLC., AND ACCEPTED A SETTLEMENT OFFER OUT OF COURT
UPDATE: 11/20/2007 - Case has been filed. Hearing is scheduled for 2/22/2008.
UPDATE: 01/30/2008 - Proof of service: MBF has been served with notice to appear.
UPDATE: 02/21/2008 - MBF Leasing Counsel approached me for negotiation of settlement out of court.
UPDATE: 02/22/2008 - Terms of agreement are confirmed and filed.
UPDATE: 05/6/2008 - Five out of seven judges agreed. NLSI / MBF Leasing is in fact guilty of fraud.
