Michelle: MBF Leasing can I have your name and lease number please?
Me: Hello this is (my full name), to whom am I speaking?
Michelle: This is Michelle.
Me: Michelle, what's your last name Michelle?
Michelle: (last name omitted) (...) How can I help you?
Me: Ah. OK, someone there has been trying to reach me, as they have been calling about .....
Michelle: Whats your name sir?
Me: (states full name again)
Me: I have been called about uhh.. 14 times..... today.
Michelle: OK well this is about the lease agreement for the credit card machine.
Me: OK do you have my notes on that?
Michelle: What?
Me: Do you have any notes on that?
Michelle: I see that you have a lawsuit goin' on.
Me: Yeah?
Michelle: Well, why are you calling?
Me: I am calling because I am trying to find out why YOU are calling ME.
Michelle: OK. Please have an attorney send a letter in writing, in regards to what you see.
Me: I have already sent what needs to be sent, so what do you need from me?
Michelle: ...long pause...
Me: Hello?
Michelle: Dude... Hold on sir. They are looking for payment. I mean you've written a letter, it's not saying an attorny. The only way they gonna stop calling you, unless you have an official letter from an attorney.
Me: OK but you understand my position with regard to payment right? You are not to be calling me for requesting payment anymore.
Michelle: We CAN call you sir, that's what you don't realize. We CAN call you.
Me: No, you can't!
Michelle: OK sir, like I i just said, if you have an attorney, tell your attorney to send us a letter of representation. Without a letter of representation, the company policy is that they gonna call you.
